These images are taken from Westfield High's annual from the late 1920's. In high school, Mr. Addams had the nickname "Chil." Mr. Addams famous cartoons in The New Yorker magazine brought him great fame, which was further enhanced when a television show (and later, movies) based on his characters was created in the 1960's.
